Purrely uses CJ Dropshipping as our fulfilment partner. Products ship from their warehouse network, which means orders typically originate overseas and transit through US customs before arriving at your door. This is why delivery takes 7–14 business days rather than 2–3 days.

All products are quality-reviewed before being listed on our store. Your order ships in standard packaging — no supplier branding.

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package at any major carrier tracking site. If you haven't received a tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@purrely.pet and we'll look into it.

Currently we ship to the US only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK — if you'd like to be notified when that changes, sign up for our email list at the bottom of any page.

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If a product doesn't work for your pet for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked.

We don't require you to return the item in most cases. Just email us at support@purrely.pet with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

The Bee & Free harness is available in S and M:

Size S — recommended for cats under 8 lbs / girth (chest circumference) 10–13 inches
Size M — recommended for cats 8–14 lbs / girth 13–17 inches

To measure your cat, wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of their chest, just behind the front legs. Leave two fingers of space between the tape and their body — that's how the harness should fit too.

You should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your cat's body at any point. Too tight and it'll be uncomfortable; too loose and an escape-artist cat can back out of it.

The figure-8 design covers both the neck and chest, which is what makes it escape-resistant — as long as the fit is snug enough. The first few wears may take some adjustment as your cat gets used to it.

Size up if your cat is between S and M. The harness is fully adjustable, so an M can be taken in to fit; an S that's too small can't be let out. If you're unsure, email us with your cat's weight and chest measurement and we can recommend the right size.

Yes. The LumiClip uses a low-intensity LED — not a laser — designed specifically to illuminate the blood vessel (quick) inside the nail when held underneath. The light level is comparable to a small torch and is safe for your cat when used as directed.

As with any light source, avoid shining it directly at your cat's eyes. The sensor is positioned on the trimmer itself and is only illuminated while held against a nail.

The LumiClip operates at under 50 decibels — quieter than a normal conversation. It was designed this way specifically for cats sensitive to sound. Many cats that have had bad experiences with traditional clippers tolerate the LumiClip much more easily because the grinder action produces no sudden sharp noise.

The LumiClip charges via USB (cable included). A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours and provides several weeks of regular use. A charging indicator light shows when it's charging and when it's full.

Yes, with care. Kitten nails are very thin and small — use the lowest speed setting and make short, light passes rather than grinding in one spot. Because kitten nails are thinner than adult nails, the quick is easier to see even without the LED sensor. The main benefit for kittens is the quiet operation, which helps with positive habituation from an early age.
